Glasses Query
I am 19 years old. I am having Cylindrical Power only in Left Eye and Right Eye. Left Eye is -0.25 cylindrical power and Right eye is -0.5 cylindrical power. I am wearing the spectacles of respective number since one week. 1. Is there a chance of my eyesight going more    weak? 2. Can the number increase? 3. And how can I improve my eyesight? 4. Should I wear the glasses constantly? Please Help. I need your guidance. Thank you!

Hi ..this is hardly any number . Wear only if there are visual symptoms , else not required. Keep checking once a year or if you feel you dont see well ...highly unlikely that number will increase too much at this age ..

Your numbers aren't very significant. You should be wearing your glasses whole day only if you get frequent headaches. This number is less likely to increase.

Sir mostly for everyone the power of the eye stabilizes around 21 years of age. So do a six monthly Spectacles power checkup. You should definitely wear your glasses constantly. If you are able to read 6/6 with glasses then you already have a normal vision. To maintain a normal eye health follow a proper working pattern for Laptops/Computers/ Mobiles, healthy lifestyle, healthy nutritious diet, adequate sleep, adequate water intake, daily exercise and meditation.
