I have a history of having a tight foreskin (phimosis). Until about three years ago, I was unable to retract my foreskin fully. Now, I can retract it completely, both when the penis is flaccid and when erect.
However, the glans (head of the penis) is quite sensitive when exposed. I have been gradually exposing it to air and water in an attempt to reduce the sensitivity.
I would like to know:
1. Are there any other recommended methods to manage or reduce the sensitivity?
2. Should I consult a urologist or a dermatologist for this issue?
I am 26 years old and would appreciate advice on whether I need an treatment.

Glans sensitivity can be normal after long-standing phimosis. Gradual exposure is usually sufficient; avoid excessive rubbing or harsh soaps. If it remains troublesome or painful the plz consult
