My child aged 2.6 year. He has 2-3 and 2-3 gilti on neck both side.is it serious issue?

These are lymph nodes.If less than 1 cm in size they are called insignificant lymphadenopathy and nothing needs to be done.If more than 1 cm and increasing in no. and size with other symptoms like fever , weight loss then further evaluation is required.
