3 months 26 days baby girl neck control
My daughter turns 3 months 26 days today. Still she is not independently able to hold her neck , when will she be able to do that and what can I do to strengthen her neck muscles. Do all kids by this time hold neck without support ? Pls advise.

By 4 months they should be able to hold their heads steadily on tummy and when kept sitting
