Gilti on neck
I have gilti on right side neck.some report FNAC say TB and other report like montox report and TB GOLD report say no TB then what I do Please help me

If FNAC is suggestive of tuberculosis and positive for acid fast bacillus then you need to be started on anti tuberculosis treatment. If acid fast bacillus is absent then biopsy needs to be taken from that node for confirmation of diagnosis
