As per your reports since trachea is shifted and nodule is reaching upto suprasternal notch it will require surgical management only.

Where are the lab reports? T3,T4, TSH, Antithyroid antibodies, Haemogram, Vitamin D3, Serum Calcium. As the thyroid lobe has enlarged moving the trachea to one side, it may require surgery. But that decision must be taken after all information on the thyroid functioning is clear.
