Giloy consumption
My father age is 74 and he is fine with the health. Earlier he was having some vitamin tablets.Due to change in weather we are planning to take giloy tablet regularly to improve our immunity. He is having moderate constipation issue. So,can he take giloy tablets regularly morning empty stomach.

Yes He can take Giloy Tablet once or twice daily, after food.

Yes he can take giloy tablet. Add more of fibre rich foods like green vegetables, with adequate water intake  in his diet to avoid constipation
