Giddiness like spinning of my head

Asked for Male, 54 Years

Sometimes i suddenly feel like spinning of my head and i cant even stand so i sit down. I often checked my bp, its normal and i don't have sugar also. after sometime i recover... and sometimes i fell very tired... after some sleep i feel fresh...
