Giant Cell Tumor ( Radiation therapy)

Dear Doctor, I have gone thru 5 times operation in Right leg bcs of Giant cell Tumor and now its spread to Lungs and the report is very critical many doctor said difficult to handle. I wanted to know is there any Radiation therapy machine to kill Giant Cell Tumor. If Yes please specify the machine name and hospital in bangalore. Note - Please don't ask me reports or suggest me to get operation. Your answer will save one human life. Cell size in Lungs- 105mm × 95mm ×77mm ( AP × Trans × Cranio Caudally)
