Giant cell tumor in knee
Hi Im suffering from giant cell tumor in right leg in tibia bone joint since Dec 2014 . In Jan 2015 I got Bone grafting surgery but again got reoccurrence in Feb and in June 2015  I got cement grafting surgery . Again got recurrence in Aug month now .. Now doctor says go for artificial knee but im scared please help

A recurrent gct needs surgery. When the disease recurs like this, usually we replace the joint as the bone strength won't be sufficient to scoop it out again. The treatment offered seems correct. However, it is difficult to give accurate advise without seeing the patient.
