Giant cell Tumor in Right leg knee tibia

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Suffering from GCT since2015 Is there any new technology for handling Giant cell Tumor ? Almost more than 5 times i got operations in Right leg knee tibia bone joint. And im getting treated by oncologist ortho doctor and i have taken Xgeva for every 3 months but still there Is recurrence and now doctor suggested for TKR ANYONE please help me to save my normal bone.
