I have been talking medicines for more than a year now for my anxiety. Although my anxiety is gone, i am getting constant dreams whenever i sleep and due to this i am not getting fresh sleep and not able to concentrate property.Even if i sleep for 1 hour in the evening, i get dreams. Most of the times the dreams are about fighting with parents, relatives, running, hiding from something and due to this i also wake up in the middle of my sleep. I have very important exams coming in december but due to this dream problem, i am not able to concentrate on studies properly. Please tell me if there is any cure for this.
Thank yoy.
