Pain in lower back portion and both the legs with no option to move when trying to walk feels like i will fall back ways. Got the MRI done the results of the same are.
Scoliotic deformity of dorsolumbar spine with convexity towards left side with right lateral wedging of L2.
Marginal osteophytes in the L2 and L3 vertiberal bodies.
Reduced L2, L3 disc height with type modic changes in adjacent endplate.
Disc Deciccation at L2 L3 and L1 L2 Level
Doctors suggested to either get a surgery done or get the problem fixed with medicine.
Now am confused with which option to go with please help got consultation done in Lok Nayak Hospital New Delhi.
Please help and let me know a good doctor to whom shall I consult as when asked the doctor he is not ready to explain gave me two option and I am not aware of the consequences.

Go with medication..
Start strengthening your core muscles and lower body....
Core exercises like..dead bugs.. .hundreds...side plank....Air cycling...spine extension...
Keep icing your low back. .
Do these things for atleast six weeks...and revert back ....
