Getting no sleep
I am unable to sleep in the nights and I mostly get sleep in the mornings after 6 AM. I feel drowzy all the day and I need a remedy to get rid of this condition. Hope you are having a better suggestion for me.

Try to sleep without using mobile or laptop by watching movies at night, don't take any junk snacks at night n drink more water once before going to sleep.. For further consult.
