Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Any behaviors with anger, frustration, irritation, short tempered, mood swing etc are expression or outburst of stress in your mind. As body and mind are interlinked, body condition like excess heat, acidity, PMS issues can also  influence such emotional triggers. So it needs a holistic assessment of your both physical and mental condition or symptoms to isolate the real reason or root cause behind such bahaviour. Be positive. Appreciate you for taking the first initiative by starting yoga. Very good. But along with yoga, you should also adopt few self therapies, few lifestyle changes, dietary changes along with counseling as a stress management plan to overcome this problems.

I appreciate your courage to seek help. Yes, your must be with a reason, I think. Whether it is appropriate to the people or time or the situation, is the clarity you need. For that, I suggest you to consult a psychologist either online or offline.
