Getting dryness on palm and near thumb

Hello Doctor, I am getting dryness on palm of right hand and on thumb of both hand. Sometime it is too itchy also.. I was using the below tube suggested by doctor but it is not helping in recovering.. 1. Moisturex 2. Poercort-S Thanks

In most cases, dry hands are caused by environmental conditions. Weather, for example, can cause dry hands. Frequent handwashing and exposure to chemicals also. Make sure u avoid detergents and also limit the use of Hand sanitiser to the minimum requirement. Oral antihistamines will be also required to improve the mentioned skin condition.
