Don't ignore these. When did you have your delivery and since how many days are you facing these issues. Do consult a psychiatrist: it might be a post partum depression which is common in women post delivery. If left untreated it might become even more severe.  It happens due to hormonal changes during this period. You might be requiring medications for the same as well. And weight issues are again very common to women post delivery but that can be taken care of by going to the gym or free hand exercises and consultation with a nutritionist on your diet for weight loss. Take care.

This might be causing you stress and frustration, which in turn will result in weight gain apart from the post delivery. Lack of acceptance of the responsibility will result in lack of interest in the work, Fluctuating in emotions can be the reason for postnatal depression. This is the common phase most of the women will undergo. You can take help of psychologist and nutrition experts to put you in better zone. Take care, stay confidence.
