Gets cold when exposed to breeze of air
I get cold very easily. If breeze of air passes over my nose or ear, the cold and sneezing starts. If i stay in warm room where no air flows, i feel normal but if exposed to air cold immediately starts. Also i sneeze so loud that my ears get so blasted each time. This is happening since many years. I didn't find a solution. Please help me here. Will be consulting immediately.

Allergy can be triggered by several factors like dust, food , smell, in your case temperature. Try to avoid direct air blast as much as possible. Take tab L Montus at night daily for fifteen days. Consult online.

The symptoms you’ve described are pointing towards allergic rhinitis. Although I would need detailed history. You need to take allergy precautions, most importantly identify and avoid, anti-allergy meds ( Allegra) along with a short course of nasal spray
Next Steps
I would recommend consultation for appropriate treatment.
