Gestational sac9.7mm but no fetal pole
I did a home pregnancy test it show 2lines . But 10 days I did an ultrasound .the results I seen in it was a tiny cyst on upper endometrial cavity. No fetal pole was seen..
my last period was on 5th feb 2025. My ultrasound report date is 26th March.
Am I pregnant or not ???? Guide me

If a sac is seen on ultrasound
That is a pregnancy
But there should be a fetus / Fetal cardiac activity seen in it if it’s 7 weeks gestational age
So there is a pregnancy but if it’s healthy or not
A repeat scan is needed in 2 weeks to evaluate
