Gestational diabetics
I am having gestational diabetics.now i am 35 week pregnant .my post meal reading after two hour is less than 120 mg/dl. But when i checked post meal after one hour it is high range.Is it ok?.should i be concern about this one hour post meal? Which reading is important?its so confusing

Mainly it is 2 hour value which is more important.. over correction of DM is however not recommended in pregnancy it’s ok if the values r slightly higher than normal also
