Genital warts?
I have been having some little growths on my penis for some months now. It starts small almost like a pimple and atimes i just want to make it go away so I either scratch it off or poke at it with something sharp. It turns dark afterwards. Most times I don't and it stays. Now i just see them as growths contained with blood because I went all out on one of them ones it was really painful to get it open and it was bleeding. My fear is they are more in number and I don't know what fuels them.
