  4. Genital ulcer sores. Or urologist?

Genital ulcer sores
I think it is genital ulcer problem, there is ulcer on my testis. It is hard & paining. So I don't understand what it is actually ? Which type of doctor I have to consult, a dermatologist or urologist ??
