Yesterday there were lots of grasshoppers due lights in my gallery. I opened the door little bit and felt something on my head may be grasshopper. But I later on doubted that may be some bat. Does this is risk for Rabies infection or just my OCD fear?

It is just a symptom, part of OCD .
No need to worry there is no infection of Rabies
When such thoughts arise of getting infection of Rabies, there are certain ways to minimise it:
/* First of all try to relax yourself, you will be able to do relaxation exercises by closing eyes, focussing on respiratory movement
* As time passes, anxiety intensity will decrease, you can drink water, and think ,rationalise it, make yourself clear by giving scientific evidence and your knowledge
* You may analyze that there were previous such incidents took place, no infection occurred later, it indicates it's just a thought, no need to magnify* it
At last you may consult your doctor and discuss it too
Hi
If a bat actually touches someone, especially a bite or scratch, the person will feel it. Bats don’t quietly sit on your head without you noticing pain. You only thought maybe it was a bat later, but at that moment you didn’t feel anything sharp or scary that shows it was most likely just a grasshopper.
Rabies happens only when a real bite or scratch happens. Here, there was no bite, no injury, no blood so no rabies risk.
This sounds more like OCD fear playing tricks and making a normal situation feel dangerous.
You’re safe. Take a deep breath. You’re okay.

Hi according to u you are not sure wether it’s a grasshopper or bat
But u are worried it might be bat
Write about the possibilities of it being bat and not
Usually bats spread rabies only when u r contact with their saliva I.e when they bite u
If u still have doubt pls do consult nearest physician and can take prophylaxis for rabies if needed
