While using Indian toilet after sex I have seen that viscous excretion from penis came in contact of latrine sheet and also it remain in contact of penis . Does it may play a role in Rabies transmission?

Rabies are transmitted through animal contact. So I don’t think so your contact with Latrine sheet will cause rabies.
