My teeth are generally clean but since last 6 months by night white layer starts depositing over my teeth and gum intersection area. If i brush at night too then it gets removed. why is this white layer getting formed? Further i observed that after doing brush when this coating gets removed then 1-2 blood stain is there in gum and teeth intersection area. what can be the cause?

Visit a dentist to make sure what exactly is the problem. It mostly seems to be tartar which needs to be removed. Basically a round of clean up should help.
