My child has thrown my hair comb in dustbin and I had used the same comb for brushing my hair does it has something to do with rabies infection or I am just paranoid?

If dog with rabies has put his saliva on that comb and you had used that comb and that saliva got mixed with your blood then only you will have rabies infection
