My 2 year child after falling on the floor got his head stuck on stone or broken piece of cup and got a cut of about 1 cm on his forehead , I had applied dettol and done bandage after applying suframycin cream . He had all his vaccination in time does he require tetanus injection or other treatment please suggest or this treatment is sufficient.

If tetanus shot has been given within 1 year there is no need for 2nd shot.
U can do dressing at home with sterile gauze and pads available at medical stores.
If there is history of vomiting, unconscious Ness, persistent headache then U should consult a Neurosurgeon.
