General query
I had my potassium sodium test done. Report status is normal. I just want to maintain a normal sodium level. Though I'm not of a kind who prefer junk foods, processed food, salt riched foods. I just want to know the foods to avoid strictly or in a moderate way to maintain a normal sodium level in future too. Thank you.

See if you have other medical conditions like diabetes, high BP and kidney problems then there is matter of concern on high scale levels. As in diabetics and kidney problem people urinating that is water output and input matters so sodium intake can be excluded from diet completely in form of salt and also some natural foods like carrots, beetroot, celery, artichokes, leeks, etc. On other hand canned foods which have preservatives in it, like pickles, jams, olives, pineapple, and many more shall also be avoided. But if you don't have any other medical condition then no need to avoid natural foods, only canned and processed foods you can avoid. But Drink lots of drinking water. any other queries?
