Hi friend! Lines on nails comes from iron deficiency anaemia. Make blood test complete. Also if there is gastric problem, digestion will not be good. It makes chain of problems. Make test for H. Pylori and CBC. Then treatment can be done.

Chronic gastric problems lead to malabsorption of vitamins leading to multiple deficiencies.
Get a complete blood work done.
Also resolve the gastric problems otherwise these will keep happening
