Hi Tapering off Nexito and Sulpitac after several years needs to be done very slowly under psychiatric supervision, otherwise withdrawal like anxiety, mood swings, restlessness, or sleep disturbance can appear, just as you’re experiencing. The goal isn’t to stop quickly, but to allow the brain time to adjust while you build coping skills through therapy, lifestyle regulation, and emotional management so medication isn’t your only support. And yes jealousy without a clear trigger can show up in anxiety. When the nervous system is constantly alert, the mind may scan for threats, making even neutral situations feel unsafe. With guided work on anxiety, emotional regulation, and self-worth, this feeling becomes manageable and eventually fades. Take therapy.
