Previous month I had usg of whole abdomen. It was detected that I had fatty liver grade 1. Yesterday I had haemoglobin and lft test. My lft test is normal and my haemoglobin is 10.6 my symptom is stomach slightly pains.

If you are not alcoholic then this report is not significant but if yes, then you must take it as a heralding sign to be followed up. Take good diet rich in Iron like leafy vegetables, jaggery, beet, etc. Do your USG after an year if you have any issue with your liver.

Fatty liver grade 1 is written in most of the reports and its completely normal.
You hemoglobin is slightly on the lower side..
You might be having some occult bleed.. or undiagnosed peptic ulcer.
