There is serve pain in abdomen . Endoscopy done and it says serve erythema and erosions seen in antrum. She is on drotin and rabeloc. Pain had subsided yesterday but now from evening pain has again started . No vomiting loose motions and no fever as well. Will an injection of drotin help or should I give something else

You shouldn't try to treat severe abdominal pain on your, go back and see the gastroenterologist who did the endoscopy
