Gastrointestinal infection or severe dis

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have suffered this pain in the abdomen from last October , I have done ultra sounds , but doctors told me of gastrointestinal infection and later ibs , after one month of medicine the pain was releived but the pain started again for 7 days , I am taking medicine but not found much releived, is it ibs or other disease? I haven't done endoscopy.
