Your history is incomplete I need to know about if you have burning micturation passage of foul smelling discharge or previous cesarean. No one can write medicine without knowing this. Ciplox tz is for colitis not for uti or pid. Consult me online for proper treatment or go to some reputed doctor like me.

This is usually common in urinary tract infection or small passed out kidney stone. If your periods are regular and you don't have any burning sensation while passing urine then don't need to worry about pelvic inflammatory disease or urinary tract infection. If pain persists and no remedy found a diagnostic LAPAROSCOPy may help you..
