Could be a muscle spasm, a video consultation can be used for confirming the same. Take 1 litre electrolyte water and ice the area for 10 mins. It should help, if not immediately consult a Physiotherapist

this may be due to stiffness or tightness of the muscle. you need to stretch your calf muscles- 15 sec hold- 5 reps- 3 sets continue this for 3 days. before stretching apply hot pack on the muscle for 10-15 mins. that will help in reducing stiffness.
Next Steps
after 3 days, start with calf strengthening. isometrics would be better
Health Tips
till the time dont over exhert yourself with exercises.
