Avoid staying empty stomach for longer duration. Whenever you get a break in between the classes,eat some fruit of other healthy snack. Keep drinking water throughout the day till 5 pm.

Hello sir, start your day with drinking 2-3 glass of lukewarm water early morning empty stomach.Add more fiber contents and also have fresh fruit in morning, this assists digestion.
Have regular intervals of four hour between each meal.
Avoid having junk ,spicy oily food.
