Gastric reflux from 2 years
I am. Having gastric reflux, indigestion , excess belching since 2 years, now having stomach ache and nausea since 2 months, i have been taking sompraz l since 1 and a half years, provides partial relief, have undergone ugi endoscopy twice, was diagnosed with hiatus hernia on one endoscopy, but the 2nd doctor could not see any abnormality on endoscopy , what shud i do now?

1.it is better to do 24 Hr PH asstimation test
2.if u have hyperacidity u have take pantiprazole or ranitidine for prolonged period
