Hello
Take frequent but small meals ... avoid taking spicy food, too much tea or coffee
Don't lie down immediately after eating, try taking a walk for sometime..
And still if discomfort persist then u can take digene syrup.
Drink plenty of water aswell
All this will help throughout pregnancy
