Gastric problems
Now a days my boards exams going on. So till date I have given 3 exams nd the problem is that when I woke up on the exam day I have strange sensation in my stomach nd I have vomited before every exam exactly at 8:45 whichever things I have eat earlier no night stuff is seen in the vomit only the things which were eaten after waking up orange juice nd papaya had also been vomited out. The main problem is vomit only happens on exam day not on any other day

This is anxiety induced.. try to take 1 pantoprazole 40 on waking up on xam days.. take only very light breakfast before going to xam. You will feel very hungry when the xam is over. Keep some biscuits with you. Take a heavy meal once you reach home after xam. All the best

Hi.., Avoid foods and drinks that trigger acidity...Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your acidity... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day...
