Hello doctor, i m breastfeeding mother and my daughter is one month old. Since two weeks I m getting gastric pain, heartburning and getting vomting particularly in midnight while in feeding my baby. It is unbearable quite sometime. After vomit only i got some  relaxation. I have used Gaviscon syrup, perinorm tablet & Pan D tablet before delivery when i am facing gastric problem. Hi dear! Yes you can have tab pan D twice a day before meals, Digene syrup thrice a day and perinorm tablet twice a day after meals. This you can have for a week. But we have to find out why this is happening? Look if your food is very spicy. Avoid red pepper and garam masala in food. Avoid late night food. Also if you are sleep deprived, then also gastritis can happen, try taking more sleep if that is the case. Although very rare, but if there any history of contact with husband after delivery. Check for pregnancy. These are some common reasons. Otherwise reasons can be many. Consult a physician if you do not get relief with this treatment.
