I have a gastric problem which arise after eating food and my stomach comes out and I look fat. Its very bad to look in mirror and my stomach pain because of gastric very much

Chew your food properly. Do Vajrasan after meals. Avoid raw foods for 10-15 days like salads and fruits. To increase fiber intake, have porridge. For any other query, you can call me up.
