Gastric problem. Whom should i consult.

Hello doctor, I am suffering from gastric problem. I have chest burning and sharp pain in chest, some time burping or else passing gas. Even I took all test which is related to heart as per doctor advice. As per report and doctor said everything is fine with heart. Now only concern is gastric. So he suggested for Upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy . Please see the attachment. He has given pantocid hp kit for 14 days but I didn't get relief. Now what ever I eat I feel chest burning and pain. Recently I met with an accident and my ankle got fracture. So not able to move anywhere (visit doctor). Please suggest the best medicine and food to avoid. In case if I need to visit the doctor whom should I consult. Thank you for the valuable time.
