Gastric problem
For 3 years I am suffering from gastric problem. Symptoms are 1. Getting a very urgent motion after eating 2. Gas from anus. 3. Back Pain 4. stomach burn when eating masala foods. 5. Afraid of small small things. 6. Tension. 7. Anus burning when getting motion. 8. In motion some times i am getting curry leaves and tomato skin with out digestion. 9. Too much of thinking. There are my symptoms please help me.

All these symptoms are due to malfunctioning of Apana, samana vata & Pachaka Pitta . Very good remedy available in Ayurveda. Use Kutaja ghana vati 1 tab thrice a day before food. Visit nearby Good Ayurveda physician for better management.

Hello,You have indigestion with gastritis, You must change your diet and lifestyle , medicines like antacids ,PPI gives temporary relief , Its a long term problem ,will not be cured early ,Dietary changes include ,having meals at regular interval, eat non spicy food items like curd rice ,rice dal , buttermilk , drink lot of water , take small frequent meals instead of single large meal,have fiber containing foods ,don't be sedentary ,exercise daily for half an hour , Stress can also increase gastritis , plan your day ahead .
