From past 4 days I am suffering from severe gastric I have taken sompraz-d and omez-d for dat to some extent it came down compared to previous 3 days but today I am feeling something is passing in my throat to chest when ever I burp I am burping continuously but after dat something is passing lik bubble it makes me more uncomfortable can't even eat properly and can't even swallow saliva. Please give me some suggestion I am suffering a lot

You need to be clinically examined for the same for proper further advise & need counselling for lifestyle changes & Xray
