First you have to check your thyroid profile immediately. If there is severe hypothyroidism in thyroid profile then dose of thyroxine should be adjusted . Compliance to drugs is important. Generally thyroixine tablet should be taken in empty stomach 1 hr before food including coffee ,milk . No drugs should be taken along with thyroxine . It will affect absorption of thyroxine tablet . Heaviness of eye may be facial puffiness which is a complication of sever hypothyroidism.acidity can also be due to hypothyroidism. Pantaprazole ,ranitidine , Omeprazole should not be taken with thyroxine tablet as it will affect thyroxine absorption.
Next Steps
consult doctor immediately for physical examination.do thyroid profile immediately.

I understand how uncomfortable this must be for you. Let’s look at your symptoms step by step: Possible reasons for heaviness around the eyes/face ~Hypothyroidism ~Sinus congestion/allergy ~Eye strain / lack of sleep ~Acidity/GERD
Next Steps
For your acidity/GERD 1) Eat your last meal 2–3 hours before bedtime. 2) Avoid spicy, oily, fried, citrus, coffee/tea, and late-night heavy meals. 3) Try sleeping with your head elevated (extra pillow or wedge). 4) Drink adequate water, but avoid too much before bed. 5) Small, frequent meals instead of large heavy meals. For hypothyroidism 1) Make sure your thyroid medication (levothyroxine, etc.) is being taken regularly, empty stomach, with water, at least 30–60 minutes before breakfast. 2) Get your TSH, T3, T4 levels checked. Consult with me once the reports arrive.

Seems like all symptoms can be related to hypothyroidism, check ur thyroid function again , and consult an endocrinologist
Health Tips
If u are taking tablets for hypothyroidism , don't stop tablets for the blood test beacuse your clinician will understand whether u need tablet dose modification by looking at ur report.(means he will understand whether the particular dose of medicine is enough or whether he should increase or decrease ur dose)
