Till he poops he struggles a lot even for 2 to 3 hours.  I even hears a sound in my baby stomach when he is struggling to poop and he cries because of that . When pooping he poops with a heavy sound. What should i do to avoid gassy stomach and struggling to poop for my baby.

This problem is mostly due to gases....will give you solutions 1. Increase Burping time to about 20 min...after each and every feed 2. Tummy time...you can see video on Google 3. Stomach exercise...before feeding flex and extend knees over abdomen 4. No diper in day time 5 . you yourself drink lot of water to increase water content of breast milk 6.Even after all this if still gas issue not solved then give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml when severe colic
Next Steps
