My age is 58 years I am suffering with gas prob as well stomach is so out doctor have told me that I have fatt in my stomach now I am not able to sleep something is happening in my stomach

Avoid oily spicy food take lots of water, tab pantocid 40 mg once a day empty stomach , any usg abdomen done if not go for it
