See there is nothng like a fastest acting medication...
Definitely ENO and other medications provide relief immediately...
But it doesn't help for a long interval of time..
So kindly change ur eating habits..
Avoid oily/spicy/processed/baked foods/coffee/tea/choclates..
Have adequate water...
As of now take PAN-D or Snigzole D for 5 days before food morrning and night along with healthy diet..

Forget about Antacids.
Avoid tea, coffee and liquor late at night . Have lot of fibre and salad in your diet
Go for a jog for 2 km every day in the morning to start with (ultimate aim is 5 km).
You will never need Antacids.
