Gas and weight prblms

Major gas problems since a year. So embarrassing it is. If gas doesnt release i feel very uneasy n stomach gets bloated n lot of cramps too. i work out n diet n dnt starve n avoid acidicr n gassy food n still its not that great. Whats the best solution for longer run. weight is also not reducing even after so much effo

hi, have soft easily digestible food items with fibre containing vegetables, Have lot fruits and vegetables. exercise daily don't be sedentary. avoid junk ,oily , fat containing foods . Drink lot of water  after and before food ,take tab containing lactobacci it helps in maintaing  intestinal flora. sometimes bloating can be due to gastritis , intestinal problem , gall stones etc.. in that case consult surgeon
