I am 36 years old female.i can't get sleep early,I got sleep after 1 or 1.30.I am housewife.I do workout for 30 minutes every day, having 2 ltr water in a day.Nowdays I also faces gas problem.Don't know which type of doctor should I visit.please suggest.

Avoid oily spicy processed and outside food items.
Avoid heavy meals after 5 pm.
Walk for 5 to 10 mins after every meals.
